Payment:
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support and help your request.
We ship orders same day or the next business day. If an order is placed after 11AM (PST), it will ship out the next business day. All orders should be paid in full before it is shipped out. We ship orders in the order it is received. Please note, In stock and Preorders (with a future date) will be shipped separately.

Processing:
Love McNicoll ships worldwide. Please refer to the UPS website for all specific destinations.

All prices are in USD dollars. Taxes are duties not included for International order, but we will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

P.O. Boxes:
Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address that is not a P.O. box.

Tracking Packages:
A shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Please refer to the shipping carrier for tracking info.
